CityStreetz has uncovered the artwork for 50 Cent's next self-titled album "Curtis." Personally, I believe that the content of the album is more important because I want get my moneys worth. On the other hand, I think eye candy has a lot to do with sales. So, I dont necessarily need an atrractive album cover but I think an attractive cover can spark an interest. After viewing the album cover I must say that I know cats in the hood right now that could have produced better results.
Album Cover: If the album is anything like the album cover I wouldnt bank on 50 selling big numbers. Of course an opinion is like a asshole, everyone has one so I've decide to created a poll on the subject. Holla!!!

De La Hoya & Mayweather Update
50 Cent is gonna spit his new single while Floyd Mayweather makes his way to the ring for his May 5th fight (at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas) against Oscar De La Hoya.
“It will be great to walk Floyd to the ring for the biggest fight of his career … Fans will get a taste of my new song and then Floyd is going to show the world why he is the best in the business,” 50 said. “50 Cent is a great friend of mine and it means a lot to me to have him walk me into the ring and debut his new song … With this song being the Super Bowl of boxing, the fans and celebrities coming out to the fight and everyone watching around the world will see the greatest show ever,” said the WBC Super Welterweight Champion, Mayweather.

5o Bets Millions Not Cents on Mayweather/De La Hoya Fight
Word on the City Streetz is that rapper 50 Cent placed a one million dollar bet on the Floyd Mayweather Jr vs Oscar De la Hoya fight. Who did he bank on you ask? Mayweather all the way!! If you're not into boxing I suggest you tune in for this fight anyway.
Since Mayweathers pro debut on October 11, 1996 he has been undefeatable with a record of 37-0 with 24 ko's. (And did I forget to mention that he is fine as hell. ..Lord!) Roger Mayweather which is Floyd's uncle is also his trainer. Since, July 18, 2oo5 he has been rated by Te Ring Magazine as the number-one pound for pound boxer in the world.
Oscar De La Hoya is a Mexican American Boxer who won a gold medal for the United States Boxing Team at the Barcelona Olypic Games. Oscar De La Hoya became Ring Magazine's "Fighter of the Year" in 1995 and Ring Magazine's best "Pound for Pound" fighter in the world in 1997. De La Hoya's record was 223-5 with 163 ko's. He is also the only fighter in the history of boxing to win world titles in six weight classes. Guess who his trainer is...... Floyd Mayweather Sr. Yep!!! The father of his opponent Floyd Mayweather Jr.
In the past Mayweather Sr stated that Oscar is like a son to him and he would have no part a fight between him and his son Mayweather Jr. Im guessin that was his way of tryin to convince both boxers not to accept a challenge against one another but at the end of the day "Money talks and...." you know the rest just ask 50.
Anyway, the fight is on Saturday May 5, 2007 on Hbo's Pay Per View. Although I have NEVER in life ordered pay per view I will be ordering it May 5, 2007. Posh is having a fight party yall. Im talkin about liquor, beer, peanuts, chips, rice & peas, fish, collard greens, mac & cheese and the whole nine yards. I love my boxing!!! ...and yes, you all can come join me.

Larenz Tate. Larenz Tate was born on September 8, 1975 on the westside of Chicago to Larry and Peggy Tate. Larenz is the youngest of three brothers. His other brothers are actors Larron and Lahmard Tate. In 1984, Larenz and his family moved to California. It was while living in California that Larenz's parents got him and his brothers involved in a drama program at the Inner City Cultural Center. At first the boys were interested just to meet girls, however when they saw classmate actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner get cast in the role of Theo for the Cosby Show, they began to take it more seriously. From then on, the brothers began getting other small roles. Larenz's career first took off in a Christmas episode of "The Twilight Zone - The Series" after which roles began pouring in. He has gone on to star in both television series and movies.
